Also, I get what I call icepick headaches every now and then. This is when it feels like someone is piercing your brain with an icepick and it hurts so bad you feel like you're going to die. It lasts between 15 and 30 seconds and disappears as quickly as it comes.

When I stand in the centre of my living room shortly after mid-day I get a brain flash... then I go blind for roughly ten seconds before falling over.
It doesn't happen anywhere else.

Maybe sneaky paper-cuts are your hands enemies.
